Very undesirable

It was located right next to slums and two bars. The man at the reception was friendly enough, but there was this "bouncer" type of person who kept coming to the reception now and again. The bell boy was almost courteous enough. The rooms, however, were how as displayed on make my trip or in their broucher. It had not been maintained. The tap was not working in the bathroom, and the room had not been cleaned for some months with a think layer of dust everywhere, including the bed, tables, and also inside the cupboard. The bed linen was not washed and had visible dirt on them. I did not wait to try the food and immediately checked out after booking at a nearby hotel. I did not receive any refund since i had not given any written complaint due to the ever present "bouncer" and because i was with my wife. I would assume that fabhotel ayaash, would be any ideal place for the patrons of the bars to find a place for rest after they have had their binge of drinks.

I had an early check-in. The staff were very accommodating and made the check-in process seamless. They charge an additional ₹500 for early check-in. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and spacious. The wardrobe had adequate hangers. They give complimentary water bottles for every guest. The resturant served good food at reasonable prices. The location is easily reachable and walking distance from City Centre 1 and metro station.

The hotel and the room is not similar to the pics uploaded. The hotel is highly priced with respect to the quality of hotel. The ac was also not very effective.

Short trip to kolkata

I felt claustrophobic and my floor was dirty. Staff, food and location was good. Even nearby there are many restaurants.
