It was quite comfortable, clean. Power went out twice, which was inconvenient. Food was nice, customer service was good.

Staffs were cooperative and well behaved. Rooms were neat and clean. Well spacious room with ample amount of space for two people.

the facilities like the table and chair are not available in the room. i stayed 3 nights and 4 days but no one came to clean the room and washroom. the service was too bad. i paid for a deluxe room but the room was too compact even single people found difficulties. i am not happy with the room and services.

Stayed for two days. Cleanliness and hygiene is good. Beds are not very comfortable due to mattresses Food is costly but you have options outside. Recommended for short stays for solo travelers.

Highly disappointed stay

I chose this hotel based on reviews, location and price. Booked 8 rooms for a stop over in kolkata. Right from the check in, our experience was not that great. There was a total chaos in the hotel and a big communication gap between the manger and the staff. Rooms were small and lacks cleanliness. The linens and towels were not cleaned. Looked like we were given the used one. The blankets were smelling. After repeated complaints, they replaced the linen and towels in 2-3 rooms. They literally said no to all our requests for cleaning the rooms. We gave up finally and compromised with what we had. There were few positive things about the hotel 1. Food- the in house restaurant serves delicious food. They serve home style food (less oil and spices) 2. Out of 8 rooms, they allowed one room for keeping our luggage for late check out by 2 hours 3. High speed internet there are lot of things which they can improve upon 1. The hotel is under staff. The same set of people does all the work in the hotel 2. Cleanliness and hygiene 3. Coordination between hotel manager and staff
