Breakfast wasn't an option at all.. In the night... They said that coffee and bread omelet is there ... In the morning they said that since I paid for the breakfast only bread toast or poori भाई and tea is available ... They shared something else.... Bed wasn't comfortable.... Wifi didn't work...checkin at 1.30am... And checked out at 10.30am.

I had my booking from 14th December.. on arrival I was told there's no room available. I was alloted a shady room at a different property for 2 days and then shifted to the main property 2 days later.. If u don't have the capacity, please don't take the booking.. and all the amenities they show that are available is totally fake !! In short a terrible experience. 😕

Fraud make shift hotel

They said no availability on arrival and said can take to a make shift hotel. Took me in a bike and moved to an apartment actually. Very small room with no walking space even. Dirty bed pillows and comforters. Full of mosquitos in bathroom. I somehow passed the night and checked by 9. Don’t believe them and don’t book here.

Stay at kolkata new town

This property is located in street 197, of the new town, very close to biswa bangla gate. Location is very near to biswa bangla convention centre, hid-co bhavan, mizoram house, e co park, mishti bhandari etc. Reasonable pricing and stay with fair amenities as mentioned.

1. Not so clean 2. Breakfast starts at 0830 am (lol, wasted money on booking with breakfast. 3. Not so good at greetings 4. Room size are small. 5. Make my trip must mark these things for booking else need to think as this was first booking through mm t which gone bad.

I and my friend stayed for a day we are business travellers and this is a true sense business hotel with exceptional amenties great view and wonderful service. Great help from the owner who helped in every way to make this journey wonderful. It can very well match the class of a 4 star hotel

Wonderful hotel providing excellent room with clean linen, tidy washrooms, great staff behaviour, excellent room service. To top it all owner is personally present to make things right will challenge any 4star category hotel at its given day. Still mesmarised by the experience would become a permanent customer. I still cannot forget the stay it was the very best hotel experience i had in my lifetime

Worst possible to stay, issue. Water not available, room dirty, tv not working, window shades not opening, walls are chirping due to water damage. Feels more like a renovation camp than a hotel. You can avoid this, there are nearby better hotels. Don't go by the pictures shared by the property

We went the hotel and this hotel made my mood spoil and i just ran out from there i didn't check in not service is good not rooms even rooms are smelling bad that irritating me. And i went to another place my money just for nothing. When i will get my 6% return?

I am really thank full to fab hotel that they suggested me for this hotel. I will recommend everyone for this hotel. Very pocket friendly and all of the hotel staffs are very much professional. I like to give very special thanks to mr. Pratyush from fab hotel. He is very cautious and help me a lot, during my stay he make sure that my stay goes very comfortable. Thank him for his dedication.

No one bothers to clean the room and even if you give the keys for service in the morning the room gets cleaned in the night. Pathetic

Location is easily accessible. Behavior of staff and service is really nice. Rooms are spacious comfortable and bathroom is also clean. Didn't face any issues as such. Absolutely safe place at a reasonable rate
