Very bad experience, came in late at night, early morning due to work and the main entrance was locked and nobody opened the door inspite of calling them, phone went unanswered. Breakfast was very bad.

I stay at the property from 4th nova 24 to 6th nova 24. I had a great experience with the comfortable stay in a neat and clean property. Staff deserves a great appreciation for their humble behavior and quick services all the time.

Very well appointed rooms with a lot of luxury elements. Great amenities for the tariff offering. Staff and service were good. Wi-fi speed was good too.

The room service and behaviour of the staff is too bad. Also there is no restaurant and that's why the food availed from outside of the hotel is very low quality.

The stay was amazing and it was worth every penny. The rooms were very very clean and the staffs were very friendly and took care of each and every requirement. The security is very well maintained here. The food was amazing as well.

i booked fab hotel prime jalsa on 5/1/23 with breakfast. it was showing as a 3-star hotel. but after check-in, i found the following issues with the hotel. 1. the room size was very small and didn't have any chairs, dining table or sofa to have tea or food. 2. the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or kitchen. 3. there were no facilities as a three-star hotel, no gym, no swimming pool, no supply of newspapers or magazine, no lawns, no room service, nothing. 4. when i asked about my breakfast, i was offered street food, and i was forced to have it in a corridor as there was no restaurant and no facility to have it in the room. my expectation was to have breakfast from the buffet. 5. the geyser was also not working correctly. it was either supplying very hot water or very cold water as it was very small in size. as you can see, staying there was a total waste of idea. apart from that, i remember that the quality of towels were inferior as the cotton coming out of it while using. there were no supply of tea or coffee bags. only soap was supplied in the bathroom, no shampoo or moisturizers etc was there.
