Overall stay was good. Rooms are ok. There is no issue with hotel but the invoice received from mm t has not the exact time. Of checkin and checkout. Mm t need to review and take necessary action.

Hotel don't have basic facility like tea kettle in room. Room suffocating, bathroom very tight, towels old. Tv not running even after repairs. Will not like to book this hotel again.

Hotel is on the main road ( VIP road), very close to the airport. Security person was very helpful, right from carrying the luggage from the cab to the room. Cancellation policy needs a lot of improvement. I had booked room for two nights. I contacted the hotel 1 week before and I told them I would not need the hotel for the second day night, as I will checkout by 3:30 pm. They said, once you come here, we will revise the booking and charge you only half a day or on hourly basis, from 12 noon to 3:30 pm. number was looping in IVR, with no human being to speak. After I reached the hotel, they said we cannot do anything, contact. When I contacted, they said hotel did not accept it. So, it waa a loss of money for me, for the second day booking. Toilet flush did not work properly. We had to flush multiple times. Hotel mentions that it provided two bottles of water per day, but they give only two half liter bottles. Adjacent room doors are extremely close to each other. If someone watches TV in the next room with high volume, you sleep in the night, as the volume of the TV was too loud and the rooms were too close. Bathroom bucket and mug should be cleaned well and made sparkling. Food service in the restaurant is extremely slow. We have to order and wait for minimum 45 minutes to get food on the table. Nothing is ready. They will start cooking only after you order. If you pay for breakfast and dinner as a package, restaurant will tell you to choose the items with the least price. Most of the items in the menu card will be unavailable, especially paneer items. Portion size given is very less. Butter chapati, veg biriyani tastes good. Raita is not provided. Bottled water is expensive, at 35 per liter. Dining table should be cleaned well. They do not provide spoons for eating. Only when you ask, they give. King bed was not King size. It was a normal size bed, which sinks too much. Windows should have proper insulation, otherwise you keep hearing the busy main road traffic noise. Hotel should be generous is providing adequate drinking water, as it is peak summer. Bathroom has a musty smell. Water quality in the shower was very good. Lift size is small. Sofa in the lobby should be tall for tall people to sit and get up easily, as it is very low and sinks too much. Breakfast timing should start early. Sambhar should have more dal. Breakfast should start before 7 am. Menu options for customers who pre-pay for complimentary lunch or dinner should be generous. Most of the items in the menu were Aloo based. It will be better if they serve authentic, local, Bengali cuisine. Areas in which improvement is needed is providing fair and just refunds, providing free drinking water or adequate drinking water, service time in restaurant, being generous in the food offered , choice and portion size of food. Coffee is very expensive 50 for a cup. Electrical, AC service was good. Small, proper doormat should be provided outside bathroom. Generous toileteries should be provided. Front desk should have brochures about local tourist sight seeing places. Wifi password should be given, at the time of checkin.
