The most worst hotel in my life. Seen. The walls are damp wash is dirty pillows torn pathetic the manger was rude.

I booked a deluxe ac room which so not good. The bed, bedsheet and pillow was not good it was having dirt and stain marks on that. The wall was having spiting stain and the washroom was also not good. It room shown in the photos not the same it is not a worthy to stay.

i was just 30 min in this hotel. going to showers and left the hotel. the main thing is that the hotel wash room is so bed, 😠😠

Old os not always gold. The charm of gujral is over. Used to stay here many times in past for clean rooms. But in this stay, although the rooms allotted described as executive rooms, no night bulb, intercom etc. The manager was very arrogant & always replied that the rooms were always full whenever we raised an issue to be solved. Will never visit again

बकवास होटल है पैसा भी ज्यादा है सर्विस के नाम पर कुछ भी नहीं है खाना बाहर से मंगवाते हैं और उस पर बिल ज्यादा करके देते हैं

A very central location, walking distance from new market and very close to Victoria memorial, friendly staff (with adequate security, the facility is shut down after midnight) and great value for money!

There was no choice for me, as this is located nearby my site. We chosen this but once we booked for 4 days without visiting the hotel, then we realized how much mistake we did, very poor ambiance, unclean beds, dirty bed sheets and blankets, overall its a very bad stay.

Hotel does instruct the functionality. Every time you have to call hotel staff for hot water availability.

Room was not clean, blanket was dirty and it was stinking. Washroom was not having geyser. Hotel's staff was good and location was also good, but i'll not recommend this hotel to stay.
