Location is avarage. Food are good. Amenities are average. Services are not so prompt. After accepting booking. On arriving property they asked to pay more amount. Rs. 2000 thousand per day. This was ridiculous from at all. Though i paid the desired amount of rs. 6700.

We went in the evening for checkin but the room was not ready. We had to wait for almost half an hour for the room to be ready. Also most of the basic things that the hotel was supposed to provide, was not present in the room for example bathrobe, dustbin, hair dryer, etc. I would always recommend holiday inn express rather than this one, who wants quality service.

Disappointed in more ways than one.

Dark & dingy room allotted. What they claimed to be spacious was actually just a normal sized room. Changed to another room immediately after check-in itself; a suite by paying extra. Bedroom was slightly better, but the hall was bad with stained walls and very poor lighting. Allowing guests to the room was objected to, and then when a former colleague arrived the manager disallowed entry despite the colleague’s business card being submitted as proof of credentials. They probably suspect hank y panky; which actually amounts to insulting the guest. I have never faced such cheap behaviour from any hotel manager ever. I checked out one day early and checked into another hotel nearby.

Location nice, ambience good from outside. Inside room hot water was not coming in shower, toilet closet inside cleanliness to be improved. Breakfast very good. Would recommend for others and i will plan to stay next time also

Good stay for short dura

Location is good. Near to airport. Breakfast is good with elaborate menu. Upper floors non smoking rooms still have smoke smell, so request for lower floor rooms. Rooms and in room amenities are decent.

Everything is okay except the hand shower in the bathroom. Water leaking everywhere except the where it has to be. Already complaint logged at the front disk to avoid next coming guest need to get trouble in the same manner. Thanks for understanding

The check in took ages! (2. 5 hrs0. Had to wait from 9:15 pm to 11:45 at the reception lobby! they are totally disorganized. They have more bookings than they can manage. I will never stay with them.
