The hotel location was very comfortable for stay. M. G. Road metro was also at 10minutes walking distance for city visiting places. I likes the ambiance over there. The room was big and well maintained. Staff are also friendly.

the hotel was terrible. room was very dirty. bed was too small to sleep 4 persons. bugs 🪲 was running in the bed . aquaguard water was not available. two pillows was available for 4 persons. it was our worst experience in our life

Dirty room and bathroom. Seemed like they hadn't cleaned the room in a long time. Not like what was shown in the make my trip app. They had provided us an extra matress instead of a bed for the 3rd guest. Overall a poor experience

the hotel was earlier owned by oyo and now it has a new owner. due to change in management, the hotel has no shine. rooms having broken doors and paints wearing out. it seems like the hotel needs more funding. having said that the team is good and welcoming, food is good. just they need is some funding with proper interiors done

The hotel is in 5th floor and the ambience is not family friendly. Rooms locks and electricity is not good, bad ventilation, etc
