Yesterday there was a power cut and we didn't recieved electricity whole night no backup was der and after electricity retrieved there was some technical problem due to this no electricity whole night. Due to no electricity water pump was not working and there was no water in the bathroom we have stored some water but the bucket was leakage due to this no water. The hotel didn't helped with a single bucket of water. I was traveling with mother and she has visual problem in eye, we had an appointment in shankar netralay. Whole night she went to toilet in dark. It was the worse-st experience we were suppose to stay till 11 am but due to no water electricity we rushed to railway station due to non cooperation technically i have stayed 1 day 1 night and payed for 2 nights 3 day.

It was a wonderful experience. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Ac is installed and in working condition. Staffs were humble and always ready for service. Overall it was excellent at this price range. Highly recommended.

Property was not found on the mentioned location. we got another room. And and per words that mentioned location was not safe for us at mid of the night. No that hotel is not available. As yesterday it was already late so we paid through cash. No receipt also received. Already checked out.

This hotel was completely unhygienic. Room wasn't clean. No food on time. I think I've wasted my money on this hotel. Room was too dirty, bed sheets also. I just stayed only 1 night. But it was pathetic.

The hotel bedsheet, pillow were not cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, the towel lost its whiteness. Staff behavior was terrible with a lot of attitudes. Tv had very limited channels.
