This is an excellent hotel ! best staff service and extremely clean and hygienic within the vicinity of prime area of kolkata. I am writing this review after staying 17 days in this hotel. This hotel is in the heart of the city and every place can be travel-led from here. If you ever come to kolkata, book this hotel only for a really nice experience of stay!

Rooms were to small that a person can't walk freely to go to wash room etc. The cost is too high and rooms are too small. Even menu in complementary breakfast is also very few. No choise.

I booked twin bed. But when i reached there they gave me room with king bed and asked me to adjust with smile. They gave my room to someone else and said they don’t have other twin room

Very horrible experience at hotel pan asia continental. They gave us a room which was under renovation, actually the whole floor was under renovation. Strong paint and varnish smell and big hole in window where cold air was coming in which made the ac useless. How can you even give a customer such a room. When asked to change, they said no other room is available. Will never stay here again and will advice other also not to.

Never nice hotel with new rooms. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food was also good booked for 2 nights. Was not expecting so clean and new rooms it will he as showing on mmt and would definitely recommend it.

Rooms equipped with all facilities and great service by complete staff. Room cleaning was excellent. Location and connectivity to entire city is good. Metro station is walking distance.

Well located very bad facilities in the room ac not working despite multiple complaints. It appears that the management was aware of this as confessed by them at the time of checkout. Ideally, they should not have allotted these rooms. Probably the entire hotel had this problem as it is centrally air-conditioned. Minor irritants like the flush not working were attended to, but this is like a sore thumb. Cleaning of rooms started after reporting despite earlier communication about the time of coming. Half an hour wasted after check-in.

Service is very late here. Had asked for the mineral water and after 1 hr 20 mins they have given the water.

I felt unsafe while staying in the hotel, they should cover their bathroom’s window so that no one can peeping through the window. I was brushing my teeth and I found some one was peeping through the window 🙁 Some staffs were staring badly. I think this hotel is not good for solo traveller (female). The facilities in the room was good.

Hotel staff was saying that picture is of royal suite and they are showing as royal room. You booked royal room but we cant give as it is pf higher category. I have to call makemytrip and it has been resolve after 30 mins. Room was allocated 104. Terrible room. All ac and washing of clothes their staff are happening behind room. And it was too no-icy even at night
