The room was small, sheets were fine but it was clear they weren't new, breakfast was okish but staff was good and understanding the location of hotel is good you can consider it if you are looking for cheap hotels

Worst ever. Never recommend this hotel. Dirty bed sheets and bad smell in the rooms, asked the guy for room spray during checking in but he came after several follow up after 3 hrs which was very bad.

Not at all recommended to anyone

The hotel is nothing what is shown in pictures. Its terrible and stinks. The sheets were torn, washroom was stained, bed-rest was torn, moisture was so high that the floor was wet. Very shady location and entrance

I booked a room here 24th jun to 27th june. Stay here from 25th jun at 10:45 pm to 27th 1:15 pm. Breakfast time as per hotel is 8:30 am to 10:30 am. If you ordered breakfast at 8:30 am. It served you at ya beyond 9:00 am. , he will never serve you your breakfast on time. If you want to stay here additional 2hrs. Due to your work ya train delay, he will additionally charge half day tariff amount for additional 2 hrs. It's hurts me a alot because i stay here 3 night with my better half never i got breakfast on time nor they help me on humanity ground. They need only prefer money. On his terrif you get better option in kolkata. So please choose any other hotel whom service is better and also you on time because no every one come there to enjoy the room comfort,

This is an excellent budget place to stay. They have clean and decent spacious rooms. I love their bathrooms especially. I have stayed with them 4 times and most of my experiences were amazing. Very good hospitality. Very hassle-free check in. My only suggestion would be kindly give something else other than puri sabzi in the complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were shown and later rooms were given separately. Even when we spoke at the reception, we were not heard and were given a dirty room. Even the bathroom shower in her room was not working properly. Wi-fi was also not made available to us. I had checkout from hotel

The stay was good. Staff were very professional. The lady in the reception was very nice. I think the room that was given was a little small. They could have offered us better room. Rest everything was absolutely perfect

Location was very bad as per images hotel was not that much good room was very dusty as per room charge with breakfast n dinner was not sufficient only 1 or 2 option for breakfast. Food quality very very very bad. Service what we will order food or towel or anything it come after 1hrs never prefer this hotel to any one
