We have been staying in this property from a long time. Though this time it was something extra. Entire staff was new and young people who was responsive. The service standard has increased a lot. I just have one concern, they should continue providing in-house breakfast and tea like the previous staff used to do. Thanks team

The rooms are nice. And washrooms are renovated and almost new. Parking is not available, managed parking available at a per night cost of rs 50 dinner you need to get it from nearby hotels.

Good experience, as mr. Abhishek singh (manager) has having very good and polite behaviour. That the service of the hotel is also very good and the hotel is near to the metro station.

Its in a nice rustic location. Good eateries and markets outside. Polite and humble staff. But the place gets dingier once you enter inside the room. No ventilation, no street views and you feel as if you are shutdown from the outside world and the steep staircase makes it worst.

No musk no one wearing musk in hotel foods we took from outside. Room a old and roof of the room is in bad condition.

No temperature check, no sanitization and the staffs did not wear masks too. The bedsheets were dirty and stained, we have booked online but no setup was done prior to our arrival. The rooms are small and washroom too. There is no parking at the hotel and you have to park the vehicle at the road nearby where they demand inappropriate parking charges. The water provided by the hotel was tap water refilled in the bisleri bottles. Money charged is more for the facilities provided.
