No proper amenities was provided, like water bottles, blankets, pillow and tissue papers, no proper room freshener.

Compact and comfortable rooms, cleanliness of the washroom is well maintained. Ac was working fine, availability of both hot and cold water in the washroom. Cleanliness - 9/10 staff behaviour -10/10 privacy - 10/10

There was no provision for the food, they have written breakfast in their itinerary but there was no breakfast. The rooms were however good according to the price. The location was not good.

Hotels needed to be maintained, lift was not working properly, the room smelled very badly needed to use room freshener.
