There was no running hot water during winter time. There were mouse and cockroaches in the room. They were not providing mineral water to drink. Breakfast was not there in the buffet the dishes were empty

1. Cockroach in hotel room. 2. Service is not good. 3. No breakfast after 3 times called staff. 4. Never clean room by hotel staff. 5. Washroom not clean.

There is nothing like the name suggests. The standards are neither vip nor international. The sheets and the pillow covers were nasty. Booked a deluxe room and all my family got, was a simple nasty room. I had to call the reception and one mr. Ghost answered and he promised that the room will be changed. And he promptly did. It was a lot better room but by far, not the sol-led deluxe room. Straight no no for future upcoming booking. They charged 11000+ indian rupees for 2 nights. My family only stayed one night in there. Nope nope. Never get a room in their neither vip nor international.

I had discussed around 1hr but not resolved that property not single delux room with mosceto, cocroch , and many more insect and near to water bottle s found cocroch , that's very bad experience after I had told kindly change property so we had photo and already submitted

Very bad experience, worst behaviour of the receptionist very rude not let us enter the hotel telling us that we are under age etc but we were not they have also not refunded our money till date we want our 50percent money at-least to be back in my account!

Rooms exactly opposite as to what is shown, no fresh towels, dirty bedsheets, uncleaned bathroom, walls and furniture in worse condition, no ice available, fridge not working, floor as dirty as roadside, no toiletries, in all the worst hotel experience i've had in my entire life.

Everything was dirty. Being on a prime location this hotel has not been spending on cleanliness and upkeep. I have stayed here in the past but the experience now is terrible. Should the management start reviewing things - it was again regain its glory.

Room 311- first 2 night stay and was unpleasant. Floor was dust - inform them but no clean in 1st day, ac dropping water, wifi work very very poor and tv not working. Room size was good. Staff response very slow, almost no. After give them feedback they change the room. Room 304- last 2 nights and it was good.

My stay was excellent. Every staff member started from reception to the service personnel who are very well behaved and the food is also very good in quality and taste. Over all everything is cost worthy. I will suggest everyone to choose this property for their stay.

I was at the hotel at 4pm. The check in time was about 12. 30 pm. It was very unfortunate that the room was not ready yet. After get in the room. There were no facial tissue, the tv is not working, the internet was not working also. We have talked several times but they didn't provide any solution. At night they suggested us to change the room and get in another lower grade room. At night the coacroach was every where. The bathrooms bathtub was broken. The receptionist was very unprofessional. Please check

It was horrible. Food wrappers were found below side table and rats were eating whole night and doing latrin near bed. Staffs didn’t bother to clear

The booking amount was rs but the standard was not upto thr price. The linen which includes bed sheet pillow case were old snd torn. Smell of smoke was in room. No toiletries were given. Table and chair were not there in the dining area. You have to eat buffet breakfast standing.

The worse part was room service. The first day was a bit ok. Then every day needed to ask them for everything. Then we stopped asking. It was dirty too. 1 night stay is tolerable but the hotel is not for more than that. Thank you.
