I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hyatt, and i must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is absolutely ideal, situated in a prime area that made it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was convenient for both sightseeing and business needs, with everything within a short walking distance or a quick drive away. This made my stay not only enjoyable but also very efficient, as i could make the most of my time without worrying about transportation. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained, with cleanliness being a top priority in all areas, from the lobby to the rooms. The room i stayed in was spacious, modern, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was plush, ensuring i had restful nights throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed wi-fi. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the food. The hotel restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes. Each meal was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Room service was also prompt and courteous, allowing for a comfortable dining experience within the room. The staff at the hyatt truly enhanced my experience. From check-in to check-out, everyone i encountered was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their attentiveness and professionalism were top-notch, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The concierge offered great recommendations for local activities, and housekeeping was thorough yet unobtrusive. I highly recommend the hyatt for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Not a fit stay for triple occupanc

I had booked for a triple occupancy room. However, the room was so small that putting an extra bed would restrict our movement inside the room. Leaving me with no option than to shift my son to my relative's home. Further, since now it was used by only two of us i still had to pay the entire amount for 3persons. Would highly recommend not to choose this stay if you're planning for a triple occupancy.

Very nice gesture by each of the staff members, special mention to bindu, yash from the restaurant for greeting us so well & absolutely loved the espresso martini. Legibly felt like being in a very nice and a luxurious property.

My experience with the hotel was average but the staff were excellent. Faced great difficulty in keeping my stuff in the room as it has no tables or anything else to keep small items and even face a clogged wash basin which is quite surprising in a hotel of such repute
