Total is old from 80s and need to change, first they change us to their property. They even didn't bring luggage to room l, i have to get myself. Room is okay but damp, bathroom is small and stinky. Bed, linen, blanket and pillow cover need to change. It location is okay for transit. May be mm t doesn't review hotels physical. Reputation will at stake in future.

No room service and it was a terrible stay. The only security guard is the contact person who gives service, that too be called on his mobile. Not a good experience

Lack of manpower. Worst room service. Centralized geyser was not working. Very bad experience. Not recommended for anyone. Make my trip should not tie up with these category hotels. Initially which room they allotted, again they changed in side by building. Quite dissatisfied with this booking. If such things happen then we have to avoid make my trip. To hold make my trip's reputation steps should be taken immediately. Totally mismanagement

Very bad experience this time with mmt. Your toll free number is automated without customer care personnel. The property i booked (kings crown vip road, kolkata on 19th jan 2023 through mmt is under renovation. And after reaching the hotel they are shifting me to their another property. I tried to contact you through toll free no but no one was there to listen our concerns. I'll never ever book any hotel through your mmt. Really, terrible experience.

I have lot to say. The hotel image showing is complete different than the reality. Hotel is old, very bad room, very small and everything inside are old and smelly. Very small parking area, congested. Bad reception. Only service later given is good one room boy. Kitchen not working till morning 8 am for bed tea. Got tea from outside hotel. Very bad experience. My stay was unpleasant.

Stay was good at hotel. Lodge maintenance was average. Complimentary water they are providing at the time of customer request. At the time of check out they are not providing invoice copy to customer.

I reached at 10 pm on 20. 7. 2022 to check in and showed my booking in mobile. They said they have cancel-led my booking and for refund i've to contact make my trip and they have no contract with make my trip for room booking, clearly knowing that they'll not refund. I requested them to keep some more money and give me room. They first demanded 2800, then 2500- and gradually came down to 600- after arguing with reasons. Finally i decided to not to stay there though i didn't get my refund. I was sad, severely harassed and made me show my various documents for nothing. And again demanded skyhigh amount of money though i was going to stay alone. I'm a doctor and i needed that room terribly for that night. I called the manager mr bose 2 days later taking the number from this app but he didn't pay any need to my complain. I found no place in the app to file complain. I'll tell all my colleagues and friends not to use this app to avoid any unnecessary harassment like me

Room should be bit bigger in size. Moreover, there is no complementary breakfast if you check in previous night, I feel it should be offered.
