We checked out very late but no call came from the owner to ask. The room had no fan. The washroom was also poor. It is a bad room with a good make up and the environment was bad. People were staring at couples which felt uncomfortable.

Close to diamond plaza on main road good staff good good if u want to enjoy clubs near by. Airport is like 15 mims drive

The room which I stayed, the room is not so clean including the washroom. The flush is not working. Place, service, food are all ok.

The Hotel was average with basic amenities working fine if you're travelling alone. The Hotel have live performances at night so it may bother few as the noise is audible till the rooms.

Room was very as given in picture it was not like that. Water leakage on bathroom. Food quality was also bad. In complementary break fast they ask money extra if you demand more quantity that was wired I have ever seen in any hotel.

It is good hotel in terms of condition and service, hotel staff are also very polite and ready to help you. Location wise hotel is good and near to airport about 5 km, but there is a construction going on at a distance of about 1 km from the hotel towards airport, so no taxi wala want to go to airport from that side and takek long way to get you anywhere in the city. So sometimes its hard to get any taxi to go anywhere in city coz of that flyover construction and jam due to that. Location wise nearest metro station is - belgacia, about 2 km away, and landmark for hotel is- adjacent to Shelly Cinema, Shyam Nagar. Food is so good in taste. Overall, after the flyover is constructed it would be a very good hotel. At present it is a so-so hotel.

Very poor room service. AC was not working properly. No one came to repair even after making 4 to 5 calls. Although the receptionist was cordial and polite, room service personels were not. Anything that was ordred through room service came late. When I paid for the hotel through MMT I paid for 1 room with one extra bed. They did not bother to provide the same. Only after making 4 to 5 calls they came with a mattress. One person had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are spacious but resemble a pub or a discotheque in terms of lighting arrangements and wall colours. The room service was prompt and staffs were descent. The food on the menu is good and once can enjoy the Bengali cuisine.
