Very nice experience while staying in the hotel. Staff are very nice cooperative and friendly. Good food and very comfortable staying over there. I wish if I had to go to kolkata I will stay in the same hotel.

Decent stay at kollolini kolkata. The hotel is nicely done and suits solo travellers like me. Staff was friendly and helpful. At this budget kollolini kolkata is a very decent choice.

Staying at kollolini has been amazing everytime. I always choose kollolini whenever i travel to kolkata. Amazing hospitality. All the staffs (mukti) to owner, they are very welcoming. Malls and popular places are nearby not so far. Very convenient for them who is travel-ling for passport work it’s 5 min away from the hotel in cab. Excellent service

Very bad experience. Room service is pathetic. We asked for water. They don't have packaged drinking water. When asked for breakfast, they mistakenly sent to some other room. We waited for one and half hour but they couldn't able to give us our breakfast. At the end, we had to checkout. I would ask everyone to stay away from this hotel.

I had booked a room for 2 days, and my experience staying here was amazing. They have such a clean and comfortable rooms. All the staffs were really approachable. Mr sushant who was handle the reception, such a polite and hardworking person. And ms piyali, the owner of this hotel. I have no words to describe her. I found her very humble, the way she handles her guests such a welcoming person. She is so understanding and helpful in nature. I have never met someone like her. Being a owner of that place, she is such a sweetheart, understanding and helpful. Great hospitality anyone who is traveling for passport/visa. This place is nearby from the office. Near ruby hospital

This hotel has been transformed from an old one to a new one; hence there are certain irregularities in the room which will notice: like no mirror above the wash basin, the attached bathroom is not spacious etc. Moreover, request for change of cells in remotes will help them understand to change the cells on time, during early check-in or departure, you need to make the assistant awake, sleeping in front of main door & desk for a long time, after which he will arrange the mosquito net and bed and will be able to talk to you. These all need to be addressed by the hotel authorities. Thanks.

Good property. Good staff behavior. Nothing to complain about. The room is good. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast is limited but they will give you option so it's not a problem actually. Over all very good.

Average hotel, pricey vs vicinity

The hotel staff is good and u get a clean bed. The breakfast portion is very small and u cannot book without it. The rent is at least 50% higher vs similar property in vicinity.

Bathroom is small, breakfast quantity is too less

Room was in good condition but the bathroom space is very small. It's hard to stand there. Breakfast quantity is too less it's hard to fill the stomach.

It is a low budget one night sleep kind of a place. The staff is cooperative and it is a 5 min walk from the main road. Uber is easily available. They can do a better job in terms of facilities. The washroom had insects. The geyser was a small one like the ones you have in a kitchen and that too wasnt workimg well. The intercom was not working.

Claustrophobic building and extremely small sized room

The hotel is extremely small and with no lift. The size of rooms are also very compact but the interiors are ok. Not worth the price.
