Room sizes are big with additional drawing dining space. Walking space big inside the hotel, nice pool and restaurant and 24/7 service. A bit hard to reach for taxis and big pile of waste just side of entrance.

“it’s not good that they charged extra for cleaning the bedsheet, and it was also insulting for me when he asked about it in front of my partner. This is my first experience where a hotel charged extra for bedsheet cleaning and didn’t even provide a bill for it. ”

Good stay, spacious rooms and good staff

Rooms are clean and spacious with good staff. Experience was good. However few things can make it best, e, g iron and iron board in room can be a good addition, water pressure in shower was too low and can be improved and pool water could be cleaned.

The room was not as expected and the location was inconvenient. The resort was more like hotel but the staffs and the food were good. Swimming pool looks good but not able to use due to rain. Due to heavy rain, the water also entered the reception, restaurant and the lift.

Overall all it was good stay. The breakfast which was free with room was excellent all itam was good. But the price for room service for dinner is little high and address was confusing to ola. Instesed of lb d they are dropping somewhere else then again book ola. Overall stay was good.

I found this hotel on make my trip app, location was good, food was also tasty, staff behaviour was good, room was clean and hygiene, swimming pool water was clean, overall it's good to stay.

The quality of room was pathetic, the ac was also not working, the food quality was terrible. The washroom was as dirty as public toilet and the commode was broken. The bed sheet got some marks which could have been removed easily. Mr. Pint u dais sitting in reception did not see while i was checking out but after 3 hours he's calling me and asking for 600- in washing the bedsheet. Is it a joke? this is the last time i am visiting lb d i wouldn't again. Pathetic service from the start till the end. Just pathetic. Extremely disappointed.

Property is old, 2500 not genuine rate. Hotel service is very slow and transportation not easily found.

Their swimming pool closes at 8 pm. They have no time to pick up the dirty utensils from the room, poor room service and restauent as well.

The resort is located in a very quiet place, although in the middle of the city. It has a huge parking space. Rooms are spacious and food quality is also good. However, they should introduce more options in their menu.

Spacious rooms with beautiful pool. Huge parking area. In house restaurant with delicious food. Staff has been very much cooperative.

It's a hotel not a resort, the pool was there but was mentioned the tiles are broken go at you own risk and the water was also dirty
