Stay was avg, rooms are good but uncleaned and the tap water was dirty. There are tea shops near by but they open late

As we entered there was no one at the reception. I had to call as they were not receiving the phone. The lobby was dirty, no ac, they didn't switch on the fan also. Now the room 1st room they gave had a dirty washroom so we requested to change the room. No soap, no toilet tissue, no glasses no water we asked for plates and they gave dirty plates and cutlery. For everything we had to call them now parking, no proper parking is available at 6am they refused to even give us tea terrible experience

Not a good place to stay, horrible experience, staff are very rude, mosquitoes are also there in the room with you, not much clean as compared to other stay, bed was also not comfortable with the price you pay not looking to stay again at this place

The location is good near the lake, if you are traveling in personal vehicle then absolutely fine otherwise 300-400 meter from the bus stand, food is also good, and well behaviour of the staff, clean place, i will rate 4 out of 5,

Nice hotel, good place to stay for a short hault. Location was easily accessible, at mahisbathan stop. The rooms were clean, ac was working fine. Overall it was a good experience!

*rude behaviour* the hotel room was decent and clean, although it did appear smaller than it did in the pictures. My only complaint is against the caretaker, whose contact number is given as a reference. He was not present in the hotel and when i called him a little after midnight to ask for the wifi password, he was extremely rude. He started showing a lot of attitude to the point where i had to disconnect the call. It is hard to believe that customers can be spoken to in such an obnoxious tone.

People are really good, caring and feels like home. Rate is also reasonable but you need to order food from outside. And also bed spring was in mattress which made so much of noise every time we try to sit.
