No lift available at hotel. Food is below average. Service quality leaves much to be desired. Only plus point is location. At this pricepoint better avoid this hotel

Room walls has cracks and bathroom has water logging issue

Walls are untidy/cracks/leakage. Very congested rooms. Bathroom has water logging issue. Light was not proper, they said its a sensor but had to repair because it had a fault. Hotel is very old. Breakfast was good.

It was a good stay although the rooms are quite small and the air conditioning was not good. They don’t have any fans in the room. I stayed their for like three nights and they did not even bothered to clean the room unless asked. Rest it is near the metro station that is the best part.

Rooms are small. Also there is no proper ventilation. The breakfast are limited. The bathroom are also small. Ac is working well. The position of hotel is very good. All places are near by.

No doubt staff and location are excellent but the only issue is that paying 3400 rs for a deluxe room for a day and its very small room size and bed is alo queen size. At-lest it should have king size bed.

It is a decent cozy stay with limited hassle 10/10 for the location. It's good for cleanliness, service and hygiene. You may go for it if you aren't looking for something fancy.

Apart from the location, the hotel is nothing worth its value. I had been in this hotel earlier too 5-6 years back, then it used to be a good one, an average 3 star like. But now it's terrible. I felt like staying in a lodge. I believe they are somehow managing to run the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, ! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the property is very good in general, and excellent for those who come to attend us visa interview, barely 3-4 minutes walk. Hotel staff and amenities are good. Complementary breakfast very good. Overall nice experience.

After booking the hotel trying to cancel it immediately due to a medical emergency but the hotel denied the refund although i have repeatedly requested.

1. Its on 1st floor 2. No lift 3. Rooms are very small 4 stinking with some chemical smell 5staff is cooperative but no use of that when you can hear tv or persons sound from other room. 6. Housekeeping staff always trying to check what things happening in the room
