I have booked corporate special rooms and they have given me deluxe rooms after a few minutes of argument they given me the room and that also was not good in condition.

The worst experience of my life was the bathroom at park place hotel, it was such a dirty hotel that i can't describe it in my words.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 night. The room was good but i did not get hot water for bathing both the days. I complained the the staff showed how to switch on the geyser but it really did not work the next day. I wanted to leave early morning. I also explained how i wanted my breakfast. He did seem to understand it but give me plain omlette and boiled egg sandwich the day next. The reception was a angry man who kept shouting at all the other staff and the service staff was not at all cooperative. Good location but poor service. The hotel next door mirch masal was a great restaurant.

Excellent all round review. Food was really good and same with the behaviour of both house keeping and room service. Front office was always ready with a smile. Worth a stay.

The rooms were not at all as shown in the picture. Please do-not book these rooms. Unsafe, the door knobs do-not close, the toilets pans are very dirty and broken and the tv was broken too. There were a lot of vacant room yet they gave us a room which looked like pretty shady. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Very very unsafe for girls

The hotel is at 5th floor of the building having disgusting stinky and dirty rooms with terrible staff. Left the hotel within 3 hours as I could not survive being there. Sitting at railway platform felt better than staying at hotel. Dirty linens, damped wall, no lock on the door, unhygienic toilet. Did not had the courage of ordering food😂

Just to mention washroom was not upto standard, floor tile got broken and my wife was almost got tripped and failed down. Also shower head was completely moldy and underneath basin water continuously dripping, hopefully nut got corroded. Food was amazing and service guy doesn't have courtsey.

It's good, nearby market and office to commute for work and then enjoy, free time. Plenty of rest are available for food nearby.

The photos do not match the reality. I got fooled into booking the room based on the photos. The walls had mold/fungus in them, windows and doors seemed like they can break anytime. The bathroom was clean, but barely functional. Overall i would say the place is not worth the money.

There was not sufficient light in the room. Maximum furniture is broken. The bed sheet and pillow covers are not clean. Food quality is average.
