The room was clean and facilities were all working. Daily cleaning was done and staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is also decent. The hotel does also have a small menu option for grabbing a quick bite.

Their service was not so good and the manager was also immature and irresponsible. They also did not have a practical experience for running the hotel and also to take care of the guests.

Service was poor as i asked for water for 3 times they didn't provide me then i personally went to the reception and took water. Room was not properly clean.

Ac not working properly and mainly in this summer electricity was gone in 4:00am-6:30am approximately where we booked this hotel as it's has *electricity backup facility. We checked out near about 7:20am and we can't managed today's schedule as we can't sleep whole night properly. A terrible night it was.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the tata medical center and the bishwa bangla gate. The room is clean and the shower is great. The workers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
