This is not a hotel it is just like a guest house only staying and sleeping at night have no any food available and the location is so for the interior. At the time of booking shows one room and at time of check-in get another room, bed size too small we are staying to days no more housekeeping staff are available.

I went to this hotel after an amazing experience during my last stay, but the stay this time has been pathetic, unclean room, bedsheet. No geaser, unclean dustbin, no tv remote on day 1

Food is prepared by staff as per request. The room provided by us (101) was clean. There is no proper dining area, food is served in the room and we had to eat, sitting on the bed and plates in hand. This may be looked into. Staff are very courteous. Provision for water heater should be made.

i rate it average because there is no drinking water and they give bottle and extra charges for them.room is not cleaned well. don't order food from that own hotel boys. they made worst foods👎🏻.

Location poor, no connectivity to main road, cannot find cabs or totos, have to walk for 5 mins to the main road to find any vehicle, difficult to access in evening times, also lot of construction work go-in around, and room was filled with smell of smoke when i came back to my room, all in all i vacated on day 1, inspite of paying entire amount in advance, couldn't stay there for another 3 days

Location is easily accessible and newly built property. But the property management is in the worst shape. The so-called caretaker was always found sleeping under the stairs (reception area). They don't provide drinking water and asks guest to buy water bottle lying on floor with cleaning mops and brooms. And top of all mosquitoes were all around the room. On asking caretaker his reply was it will be soon okay after few minutes just run the fan.

This was my first time stay in a guest house. And it was more than wonderful. Such courteous & helpful staffs aren't even available in hotels. As my train was delayed, the owner helped me for a late checkin at 10:45pm via call. The staff promptly came to help me out regarding luggage. I and my family stayed there for 5days. Room looks and maintenance is very premium. There was a common room where plates, bowls & spoons were available.

It was an unclean building with construction going on in the surrounding. The blanket was not clean, there is no geaser in the bathroom

Easy and hassle free check in / check out, staff behaviour was polite and cooperative, provided good gesture also room was clean and room service was good.

The rooms where not clean at all, no toiletries where provided even the blanket was not at all good just the behaviour of staff was good and they are very polite and good in nature

Location ok. No provision of food or tea. No geyser so no hot water in washroom. No mirror in washroom. Only mirror was inside cupboard door. Room shown in picture is spacious but we were given a room where we couldn't place single suitcase properly and open both sides. No space to walk even well. I reached to check in at 4 pm, but room was absolutely dirty with liquor bottles, glasses and hundreds of cigarette buds. They started cleaning while i was waiting at the door. Comforter had bad stains. Not recommended at all.
