It was a very nice experience and happy homestay. The polite and modest behaviour of the owner wins my heart. Although the room was small the facilities and amenities were very good. Overall the homestay experience was good and it's a comfortable place to stay in kolkata.

It's good and nice experience. Owner is very modest and polite. He is very helpful. Though i was allotted a small room it was comfortable.

No house keeper, he just manage as home, at starting denied to give room, talk rudely. This is not hotel, black list immediately

The homestay is exactly it should be, it's more than one room as you have a extended space to use kitchen appliances, a common space to sit in swing. The breakfast was quite good and unlike the nearest busy city surrounding the very close surroundings of stay is quiter with homely ambience.

Smriti sadan is very spacious, clean and well maintained property. The host is very cordial, polite and helpful. Located near the highway so very easy to locate. Perfect place to relax as this is a very quite place.

Homestay was nice and peaceful. Caretaker Shuvjit Sir took utmost responsibility. The room is clean and perfect. If you are looking for hotel in Barrackpore, just go for it without any second thought.

Staff was very cooperative, they have provided all the conveniences, the property and the room was clean, safe and comfortable. The location was in a nice area, there was no special view from view but everything was perfect in the property. I can surely suggest to others.

Bed room poor quality. Narrow, not enough spacious. Not enough light in bedroom. Blankets provided by owner was not at all close or nearly close compared to any standard hotel. Bathroom amazingly maintained, really amazingly maintained. All the expected facilities and services provided there. Room service owner's behaviour is really amazing. Polite Professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. Standard meal provided by them was really good.
Attached bathroom was well maintained and in-fact amazingly maintained. But the bed room was really poor quality. Broken floor. Not enough spacious. Not enough light. Poor quality bed. Not enough comfortable blanket was there for cold night. But owner's behaviour was really amazing. His professionalism and politeness, really noticeable.
