I have been there quite a few times. Rooms are tidy, clean, well decorated and maintained and the bathroom as well. This hotel is very near to the airport

All are wrost. Check in and check out was untolerable. They didn't know how to well behave with their guest. Romeo quality was bed in conditions. Dirty clothes even a bad small from bathroom also. No water in shower. Inform the hotel authority but no positive response. We booked with complementary breakfast but they don't provide breakfast also. Only security person is best.

Location is near to airport ab 2-3 km far, though at a narrow street, outside food is not allowed, hotel food is average with prices at higher side. Room is average, reception was not friendly.

I'm used to stay very frequent at stayotel hotel. It's a very budget friendly hotel with good staff members a with a lot variety of buffet menus in breakfast and also it's very near from airport.

Deteriorating services & amenities

This is the third time we stayed at stayotel, reason being the proximity to airport and reasonable amenities and services. But this was by far the worst stay - the room and all the bedding was damp and felt like hasn’t been aired out in a long time. The fridge and ac weren’t working and we had to contact the hotel services multiple times to repair the ac and change our rooms. The food items we wanted to order from room service menu weren’t available either forcing us to order food from elsewhere and collect it. The breakfast buffet was no up to the mark with very few things that were worth eating. All in all it felt like due to lack of people visiting the hotel is not putting much efforts in maintaining and improving its services. The only plus was that we were allowed a late check out albeit some extra charges.

Rooms okay but bathroom was smelly. In the morning cigarette smell was coming in the bathroom. Since i checked out earlier than breakfast timings, had requested for breakfast kit which they organized, but wasn't allowed to eat either in the restaurant or at the lobby, which was rather unusual. Staff aren't so cooperative, overall. I'm surprised it is rated high.

Very close to airport. Spacious rooms. Good people. The approach road is narrow and too busy. Breakfast is below average. Ac was not working during breakfast time. 5

Hotel is good and clean. Staff behavior is so nice specially front office. Rooms are spacious and bigger than other hotel rooms. Location also very nice and you will find all local restaurants and shops nearby. Airport around 3 one from the hotel. Don't take hotel shuttle for airport transportation as it is expansive around 600 rs. Better to book o la or uber and only 200 rs fare will come. Overall our experience was nice with this hotel and it's better than other hotels in this price. Hotel tv is quite big and ac also good. Beds also comfortable and you can ask extra mattress free of cost. I have only complained about food and breakfast. Foods prices are expensive and breakfast is very limited. We had ordered steam rice and dal and they charged around 400 rs. Ground floor restaurant is very small. Rest all good.
