Did not like it here, not worth the price paid.

The location of the hotel is very far away from the city, there is nothing nearby. Rooms are very congested with little to no space to move, breakfast was just fine, asked for a cold coffee and the waiter said a straight no, too many restrictions on smoking, no smoking rooms available, for the price i paid, it is totally not worth it.

Got headache hence had to check-out in the night only. There was consistent noises coming from the floor above, which was under construction and when we complained about it they said they can’t help with it.

Hotel is in shared property. I am not able to sleep due to drilling work going on. On complaint, hotel people told as we are in shared property we can’t do any thing.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff were well behaved and helpful. The pool is the best part however we were unable to use it because it was almost winter.

The hotel is more of a banquet hall than a proper hotel. The prices are exorbitant compared to the facilities provided. Better to go for a high rated 3 or 4 star as it would be more value for money.

Absolutely clean rooms with city view.

I was staying here for the first time and booked through make my trip. All rooms are on top 19th floor of the building and view from the room is amazing. You either get city view or lake view and i have got city view. Food taste was also good but options are less.

For a 5 star establishment, their service begs the question of quality. The overall experience is average at best. Although the ambiance of the restaurant capella is really amazing it doesn’t make up for the glaring faults elsewhere.
