I was very impressed with their hospitality. Overall very nice stay. The staffs are really good and humble… specially Tarak ji… I had a very good stay and totally enjoyed the stay. Thankyou so much..will visit again whenever I am in Kolkata 😊. Two things I would suggest you to work on.. one correction of GPS pin on google map… it always shows the backside and bcs of one way traffic there it’s difficult to reach or access the cabs … second.. please provide sealed drinking water always.

The room was spacious and neat. The staff were very helpful. The stay is on the 11th floor and the lift is only until the 10th (but it’s worth the money)

Property is on 11th floor and life is only upto 10th floor. Bed is not very comfortable and water problem is persistent.

Bathroom needs deep cleaning, the washroom door lock was broken. Window pane rod bent. Only room size is good. Location is at the central.

Great place to stay. View from top of the building is amazing. Staffs are well behaved and happy to help always. Completely secured and private space for true luxury stay.

It was a very basic room. Shower was not working. Switch to put on the motor inside washroom was not told about. Overall, a bad experience. Not worth the price.

Food, service was terrible. The lights in the room and the view was good though. The service man used to ask me to fill water on my own.

I had a wonderful stay at aster penthouse. 1. It’s a prime location with easy access to main kolkata markets. 2. The view is fantastic. 3. High speed internet availability. 4. Hosts are great especially the manager akash, so helpful, polite, cheerful and very nice to be around. Thank you aster penthouse team.

The city view is great and in the price range in 11th floor it’s awesome. The caretaker is friendly but the catch is you better get food and drinks from outside as the food might not be available at some times. That said, loved the stay!

The room was pretty average. The washroom was dirty. The cooling from air conditioner was insufficient. The staff was courteous and polite.

The property is located on 11 floor which makes you excited to stay here. Its an apartment room beautifully decorated and maintained. Best for any business traveler if looking for a day or two day stay.

Stay was good the view was awesome bed wasnt very comfortable and the water pressure was low. Overall a good stay. The watchmen were amicable and helpful

Rooms are clean however this is not a homestay. It is a hotel with an extended access to a common kitchen. All over my stay was good. Tarak the caretaker was polite and good human being. The host was compassionate and very welcoming. The most important part is the view from each rooms. Being situated in the heart of the city at 11th floor gives you a very dynamic view of the entire city to cherish your stay.
