Horrible stay. The linen on bed and blankets were stained. Bath towels were dusty. The tv, didn't work coffee kettle was stinking. Room walls were stained of fungus

After a long time, we experienced good hospitality. All the staff were helpful and courteous. Although our check-in time was 12 pm, the management was kind enough to allow us to check in before 11 am. It was a great help for us after a long journey. Rooms size was appropriate and clean. The washroom was cleaned regularly. Overall it was a great experience for all of us. Best wishes.

My check out time was 11am but continuous call from reception when to check out. It was really disgusting. Room service was very bad. I ordered dinner for 3 people and want a extra plate after 2 times of calling to room service they didn't provide me.

Rooms are very clumps y and big seepage from all side walls in room washroom is not clean geyser not working good black water coming from tab very frequently staff behaviour is not friendly wifi password was given after asking so many times complimentary breakfast is not good and some same items are given daily. Room cleaned without my permission charges are very high and facilities and services are very poor and ill maintained

The location was good. Service was on the top level. Price is somewhat on a higher side but still payable for a top quality service. Overall i enjoyed the staying experience.

hotel is in good location. room view is good, hospitality is good, roof top bar + cafe is good but experience,in hotel dining is pretty, must try breakfast buffet.over all service is good 💯.

The hygiene of the hotel is terrible. Toilets were filthy. Beds, bedsheets and bathtowels were having stains. We bought new bathtowels from a shop nearby. The hotel is old. Carpet smells. All rooms are smoking rooms. The smell of cigarettes is all around. Dint have the guts to order food from the hotel so had food outside. We booked for 3 nights, hotel staff refused to cancel the booking and the only good thing they did was to upgrade the rooms after we made a complaint. Terrible terrible rooms. Most of the rooms have no windows. So it's like your in some kind of refugee camp. No windows, small tiny rooms with smelly carpet and cigarette smell. Stay away. Or at-least take a look before u book the room.

Location is parfect. Food is also good. But the room is slightly damned wall. Need a renovation work. But overall good.
