It was a pleasant stay. Entire staff particularly reception staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Room was upgraded without my asking for this room service was prompt and grilled fish and fish curry was very delicious.

Room is good and clean. Food is costly and not much variety available for breakfast except south indian dishes

Location : excellent. Reception : bad. Hotel entrance & lobby: worst. I have not seen any 5 star hotel with such a bad lobby and reception. Even normal 3 star hotels have better reception and lobby. Rooms : old. Room furniture : shabby, bad, old. Bath room : shabby. Food : o. K, but costly. Taking food in this hotel is wastage of money, as just outside there are fantastic restaurants. Stay : good due to the outside hotel ambiance due to christmas.

The hotel is well located and great f&b options with very active nightlife. However, the hotel in general, and the rooms in particular are in severe need of refurbishment. Also, load music plays late into the night, and the rooms are not really soundproof

The location is in the heart of the city. The club was too loud, and it was open until 4 a. M, which is making entire property very disturbing to sleep.

All was perfect, except for three things. 1- they m hotel leaves a welcome bowl of fruits in the corridor upon arrival. A nice gesture, but mine was partially eaten (left the stem of the grapes in the bowl. 2- at breakfast, one of the two small jam jars was opened and left with the new one. 3- the price and quality of breakfast is exaggerated. 1999 inr. Very small space, less than one meter from other clients on both sides.

I booked a one night stay in the park. My overall experience is average. We get a room an hour late from check-in time so first impressions of this so called 5 star property goes wrong. 2nd due to multiple pubs & bar on ground floor night stay in weekends is not peaceful. Loud music & vibe going through almost whole night. Food is also average in breakfast

Property is old but very strategically located in park street food and drinks option are awesome and wide variety room in the 4th floor is very good but gets noisy and disturbing when the night club roxy becomes functional with the noise from ground floor percolating to the 4th floor till 3am. Front desk told me they have allocated a quiet room which doesn't let's you sleep till 3am. Interesting isn't it? housekeeping, security everything is nice and customer centric. Laundry is very prompt.

Hotel is good but it's meant for those who love partying. One cocktail bar, one live music bar and 2 storey pub. As hotel is very old, we can't complain about the type of building which has very limited lighting. Low ceiling, narrow corridors.

The reception was not at all welcoming and didn’t help me with checkout. Moreover they had a vehicle available for hire but they bluntly refused since i was checking out

The stay was excellent. But the staffs needs to be more active. I went there at 3pm but my room was not ready. Moreover i specifically mentioned to provide smoking rooms, but they gave non smoking room. Later made it smoking after pursuing a lot and wasting lot of time.

The hotel room was small. Location wise its great. Too much time taken at the time of checkin. Ambience too dim. Views not so great. Overall average.
