Rooms were dirty with an odd smell, beds were not clean, toilets unhygienic and with no electric kettle, only one towel. There was serious confusion about complementary breakfast which after a customer call found that did some blunder while taking the booking. In short, start of a family trip with booking for six rooms in this hotel was a bad idea. Never stay in this hotel

Location is good. Staff is cooperative. Maintenance was average( not so good). Food was ok. Service is also ok

Hygiene and maintenance is horrible, had to change to a different room as well. Large rooms the kitchen seems rundown, the "restaurant/cafe" is not functional. Washrooms are pathetic

The room was very unclean and was in very bad shape. When i reached they told me, there was no room, they gave me extra room and in that room the fan was also broken. The room was not the same in the image they showed, it was a complete disaster

It was worst. I booked a hotel with included breakfast But i was surprised to see that the hotel didn't provide any complimentary breakfast Need to raise this concern to get back my money for breakfast, but still no refund from your team.

We checked in at night and they made-us wait for more than 45mins. Entire room had foul smell of cigarette. People working there are absolutely not in mood to help you with anything. No breakfast was provided. Absolutely worst experience.

Extra charge for pool

The staffs are extremely good. I have been here earlier and it's highly recommended. Only that they have added delivery charge to deliver food at doorstep which is 10% flat on your food bill.

The check in was smooth, all the staff behaviour was superb. Room and washroom were clean. Just a suggestion to add some toiletries like soap and also water. Beside everything was good.

The hotel rooms are dirty, sockets don't work, food is below average. I had to pay for breakfast even though i paid for a room including breakfast.

Worst hotel ever. 1st they gave us a room where no hygiene was maintained, the washroom was just terrible then after asking to change the room they gave another one with same quality and the most terrible thing was that during shifting the baggage from 1st room to 2nd room we found that my wrist watch was missing. No one was there except me, my wife and a person from the reception namely sohel(not sure about the name, another receptionist said that the name was sohel. Surely the receptionist took the watch. Avoid these kind of hotel where safety standard of the guest is zero.

The location of the property is far from the city but the staffs are very friendly. Food was good every-time i had visited this property but this time the food was served cold.

The room was ok but the bed was not ok. You can feel the spring in the bed once you sleep on it. Also there was mosquitoes in the room and the liquid was not working. Even the toilet has no lock system from outside. Moreover they didnt clean the room neither the washroom during my two night stay. The worst thing is you have to wait at-least 1 hour after giving order be it for breakfast or dinner.

Fastofall their staff and manager behaviour is very rude, and their hotel rooms were very bad the airconditioner was not working in may 1st room then i complain to the manager manager didn't listen to me, the money wasted, i will never visit again.
