Not all kits were there in the hotel apart from that the hotel was quite simple as per its price and services were also very average it doesn't justify its price

This hotel is in a good location and there are many tourist attractions within 5km range. However, the reception is a congested 6ftx6ft area and is not at all acceptable for a 3k hotel. The way to lift is congested and the only lift is also small. Rooms are also small for a 3k price. Cafeteria has limited availability of listed menu and actually operates only during limited hours.

The location of the Hotel is good. Food (Bengali cuisine) is also ok. However the TV was not working and they knew it. The mechanic tried to get it done but failed. The Room size is small however ok for two people for one day (transit) stay. The breakfast option is too limited.

Ok ok type hotel, not worth 3500 per day expense. Better you take breakfast outside. Only plus is near by kalighat temple.

Very good location near kalighat fire station. Bengali food delicious. Transportation easy. Kalighat kali mandir nearby.

Not as per money worth, room is too small and not clean also in bathroom hard to stand when bathing too short space, just name it’s international hotel but it just a look like a local but staff is good and helpful

This was a 2 star very average property and not 3 star as projected. The pics shown are totally different than actual. Disguting. Breakfast very poor. Staff is rude

The room was good, the food was good. Hot water was not coming, and bathing was completed by the time it was rectified.

I had booked the hotel after seeing 4 star in mmt, however turned out to be a horrible experience. The hotel staff is not at all cooperative. Bed linen and blanket was very dirty with stains. They didn’t change even after repeated complaints. The person at the reception is very rude.

Overall stay is good location very good. Front desk people's and service is also good cleaning is also maintained. Issue is with breakfast, no choice, very limited and food is ok.

Room was clean, comfortable stay, 10min. Walk from kalighat metro station, 5min. Walk to ma kali temple. Staff is very helpful.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were of high quality.
