I stayed there for two days had a great experience its a heritage building in the centre of kolkata with lots of options for shopping and hangout nearby new market area. I had late check in around 1am at night the staff was very friendly and had a hassle free check in so late at night, rooms where clean and very much spacious, but need of little bit renovation and maintainance of entrance door locks and bathroom door. And some power sockets were also not working. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Altogether i had a great stay with kid and my wife,

Ac is not working properly. Rooms are tidy. Towel is not properly clean. Water heater / tea maker is not working.

Hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious. Location of hotel is very good ir is near market. Lot of facilities are available near hotel. The hotel of heritage which gives extra pleasent feeling.

Hotel located at central place near to metro station, very near to tourist places. So glad for staying at this iconic building- nice antique furniture n british architecture- thanks to ymca for preserving all the stuff - great place!

The rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Food is the best part here. They have indian meals served from the kitchen on the top floor and continental cafe on the first floor. One saves a lot of money if eating is done here. The quality of food is the reason for giving full stars

If you have stayed at any of the other ymca properties then this would be a big let down. It’s an old building with just the basic necessities and average cleanliness not like many of the other properties which is very neat clean and though budget is more homely and modern

The room was not clean enough, infrastructure was ok… Washrooms were working but we could see that deep cleaning hadn’t been done… Only one plug point to charge the phone…
