Very bad rooms. Dirty, floor is full of scratches, wash room does not have enough light, ac could not be controlled. I had to stay without ac as i could not control temperature. Paint has come out of wall. Very dusty below the cot and tv. No floor mat in wash room. Water heat could not be regulated. This is as bad a railway station domatory. I will never recommend to stay

Good stay, lot of renovation work going on. A lot of the amenities seem dated, but the food was excellent. Sheets were a bit stained and the whole decor seemed dated.

The hotel service was extremely disappointing, with the worst policies i have ever encountered. Every time you place an order, you are forced to make the payment immediately, regardless of whether you are in the middle of a meeting with a client or enjoying time with friends. The staff will stand there and wait until the payment is received, even asking for a screenshot as proof. This approach feels highly disrespectful and unprofessional. The overall service was pathetic, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And the room was dusty and unhygienic. House keeping service was very poor

I booked suit room. They allotted untidy room with stinking smell. When i preferred to change my room they allotted deluxe room which is less in tariff and no amount returned. Apart from this room is small with oozing walls. Broken glasses provided for tea. Bed n pillows are worst. Over all not worthy for the price paid

Even after shifting to a new room and cleaning in multiple times, the quality of their cleaning process is pathetic. I have never ever stayed in such a filthy hotel. The bed linen, sofa, pillow are dirty and the water gets blocked in the shower area causing bacteria to come out of the drain. I have been facing itchiness on my feet since the time i have taken a bath in that choked shower drainage system. There is no coordination between the hotel staff. Even the wet towel are kept for reuse on the bed because of which the mattress is also wet. Even the glasses, cups and tables have so much dirt on it. Its not even cleaned till the time i checked out today morning.

The rooms were not cleaned and for 2 adults they have provided one towel and even after calling them they couldnt clean the room. There was no tissue in the washroom, basically all the basic details werent there

The hotel is way overpriced when compared to the kind of facilities and room quality it has. Ac didn’t work properly. Bed and mattress were of poor quality. Room was very basic. Cupboard doors made creaky noise when opened.

Room not maintained properly- stained bed sheets, smelly room. Washroom are terribly designed- commode and tap adjacent, at same level so cannot be used. No soap dispenser or soap stand in the shower area. Used plates with leftover food kept outside rooms not cleared even after a day.

*disappointing experience at zone by the park: room service falls short* rating: 1/5 i recently had the misfortune of staying at zone by the park, a five-star hotel that failed to deliver on its promises. Despite multiple calls to room service, housekeeping, and reception, my request for a simple bathroom floor cleaning went unattended for over an hour and a half. The bathroom floor was clogged, making it impossible for me to take a bath. I called the room service multiple times, only to be met with empty promises of "someone will be right there" the same response was echoed by housekeeping and reception, yet no one showed up to address my concern. After waiting patiently for over an hour, i was forced to take matters into my own hands. I used the bathrobe towels to wipe the floor clean, just so i could take a bath. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. What's even more disturbing is the lack of accountability and follow-through on the part of the hotel staff. It's clear that there's a breakdown in communication and a lack of attention to detail. For a five-star hotel, zone by the park fell woefully short of my expectations. The subpar room service and housekeeping are not worth the premium price tag. Until they address these issues, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. *room for improvement* - timely response to guest requests - effective communication between staff members - attention to detail in maintaining clean and comfortable rooms *will i return* unfortunately, no. The disappointing experience has left a sour taste, and i will be taking my business elsewhere.
