More staff is required while the hotel is running at capacity. The days the crowd was less the service was excellent but the days the hotel was full they struggled and there were massive delays in service.

Whats good - - the property is unique with awesome view of the ashtamudi lake / backwaters - food was really good all the 3 days we stayed needs improvement- - maintenance of rooms needs improvement. Cleaning was not done well whats bad- - the resort seems to be really understaffed for the crowd they have - they are hosting a lot of private functions which makes the place seem really crowded - because of the crowd, the service is very very slow.

Pro polite staff cons smallest bath and toilet rooms i have ever been too, smaller than toilets in trains. No bathroom doors, so the bathtub was useless overpriced food- 600 plus tax for veg sandwich old building, accumulated stains and dirts. Room service forgot my order - second call committed a call back but no return - third call was very happy to cancel my order

The property was great. Right on the bank of the river. It's an old property and the age has started showing, especially in the washrooms. Nothing too shabby though. The property does not have too much open space outside. Great service. Food was good as well.

It was a wonderfuly located resort close to backwaters of ashtamudi lake. We got a complementary half hour house boat ride. Buffet food was excellent included with so much of varieties. We opted for lake view category room. That outside view was stunning. Rooms are all well maintained and neat. House keeping staff doing their work perfectly. Main thing is that the staff courtesy. Their behavior was so nice to guests. My opinion is that the resort is maintaining their 5star value not only in paper but in real and the staffs are all doing their job with a passion. Excellent. First of all, the location is absolutely stunning and peaceful. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, truly making us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and i appreciated the thoughtful blend of modern comfort with traditional kerala architectural designs. The food was exceptional, full of authentic flavors, and left us wanting more. A perfect stay overall!

We went for our anniversary celebration to leele ravi’s and the i must say you will get more then you thought. Beaut-ambiance stay and suraj and neeraj were very good and helpful all the time. Neeraj helped us from checkin to chekout and took care of all our small needs. Boating and dinner was swamping worth to go with family

We had a pleasant 2 nights stay at leela raviz, kollam. I and my wife reached the property at 2 pm. The greetings should have been improved with a garland and fresh juice (instead of powder mixed juice) or coconut water. Rooms and view to ashtamudi lake were superb. The boating on the first day was good. The same route was repeated on the 2nd day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and thattukada tea/snacks were very tasty and abundant. Thanks to the chef/dining staff for arranging their cake on the previous night and organizing the ordered cake on the birthday of my wife on 28th november. One of the lifts had herbal oil smell due to the spa on the 6th floor, suggesting frequent cleaning and perfuming. All the staff, front desk team were very cooperative and cordial. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit again. Thx, jacob matha

We arrived at the hotel around 3. 30pm. We were welcomed by the staff. Our luggages were taken care of by vineenth during arrival and departure. He offered us the welcome drink. His service is excellent. The checkin process was fast and no issues were there unlike other hotels. The allotted was as per the booking. The room was near and clean and the toilets too were clean. Even though we missed the complimentary boat ride at 4. 30pm they offered us boating in shikara which was very exciting. It was a 45 mins ride. The hotel premises were excellent and the staffs were always there to keep the surrounding clean. Whenever we use to see a staff in the premises they used to greet us, this we don't find anywhere. The service of security staff was also excellent. We express our thanks to thanks to all of them. We had selected a two meal package and the food was excellent and the service people were doing great. Both the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of food choices. We had a one day stay at the hotel. The room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Thanks to make my trip and leela raviz ashtamudi for offering us wonderful stay which we would definitely be our memorable stay. Thanks to all the staff at leela raviz ashtamudi. Thank you

Terrible property. Loud music (to play after midnight) was playing till the wee hours of the morning with drunk people howling at the top of their voice. Could barely sleep. Drunk stoned folks tried to open my room at-least twice. Horrible experience. Best avoided as this property is used to host weddings where celebrations go on for long hours and the rooms echo with noise

Had a wonderful 2 day stay at the property and can’t complain on any aspect of the hospitality. The staff is really helpful and they go well beyond to make your stay as good as possible. The property location is amazing as well.

Property location is very beautiful and picturesque. Food is good and buffet is highly recommended. One very BIG RED FLAG 🚩 for me is that the swimming pool has loads of broken and chipped tiles. In our group we had 8 kids and 2 of them got severe hurt on broken tile edges.... Very poor standard of maintenance. Other services and amenities are very well taken care of.
