The rooms were extremely unclean and poorly maintained. I have never encountered such subpar conditions. Specifically, the bed sheets, bed frames, and overall room environment were filthy, lacking even basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The hotel location is best in the sense of tracing (3km) from korba railway station. Reached at night 1 am, only on one call staff came out immediately and opened the door. Nice behaviour by staff. The room was clean and spacious. All accessories(soap, towel, sampoo, hair oil, toothpaste and brush, beard making gillette type razor, water bottle were already placed in the room. This was the best experience i ever had on online booking.

Please do not plan to stay at center point korba. All the rooms are very old and have bad furniture. Toilet sheet, wash basin and water tap are in very bad condition and also damaged. Can't sleep there because the ac in every room is not cooling properly. I have booked room with taxes, but not feeling good there. I have stayed here before but every time the situation was similar to today. Please don't waste your money in center point korba.

I had booked their business suit room which has top room as per the hotel staff. When i was entered in the room it was horrible. No clean ness and it’s smelly like not open a decade. Toilet was so dirty even pan was also looks black y. I had complained to the receptionist, after that they had clean the toilet but not in that manner. But it was horrible in that time when i had on the ac which was not worked. Even after my complaint still even after 3 hrs they had not corrected it. Finally i went to the reception counter and complained for the ac. But they had changed my room to a low category room instead of repair the ac. When i was complaining in the morning and asked to correct the bill as per the room tariff, they had not responded and checked out as per the booking plan only. I had called the hotel owner for the same but he had not picked my call even. They had taken approx @500 rupees extra as per the given room. So horrible and terrible stay.

Very very bad experience, size of the room much kuch smaller then mentioned on mm t very very bad room service, very surty bed sheets walls of the room has hell lot of stains. Worst experience of my life

Room is very dirty, you can find the spit inside the room. Toilet is also having. Bad smell. Bed are making sound when ever you sleep.

Stay was absolutely fine and cost i paid for it low enough. I recommend. The hotel has ample space for parking so you need not worry.
