Stay was excellent. Suite room was comfortable especially jacuzzi. Breakfast spread was filled with every cuisine, great taste. Overall excellent stay. Will definitely stay again.

Location of hotel and staff both are very impressive. Rooms are clean. Food taste is awesome in their restaurant at 1st floor- soul.

This is a horrible place to stay. I had to call the manager twice because the rooms were extremely noisy. The hotel seems to have no soundproofing whatsoever. I traveled with my husband and 4-year-old child, and none of us could sleep all night due to constant noise, especially from the floor above. the room size is much smaller than advertised. No bathrobs, hair drier and any other amenities were provides as shown. this is no better than a third-class lodge. We were misled but hope to warn others not to fall for the same. Do not book your stay here!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while my experience was overall positive, i found it to be overpriced. In the same budget, i've stayed in a 4-star hotel in indore. The breakfast here was really good, which was a highlight of my stay. However, considering the cost, i expected more in terms of value for money. Overall, it was a good experience, but i believe there are better options available in this price range.

Pleasant stay. Nice and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. There was variety in breakfast with juice tea salads etc. They also arranged a pickup from railway station. And also very close to kota railway station

This hotel stay was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. From the moment i stepped into the room, it was evident that the maintenance was severely lacking. The shower in the washroom was non-functional, and even worse, the flush was also not working. On top of that, the basin was clogged, adding to the inconvenience. The air conditioning unit in the room was also faulty, making the overall environment uncomfortable. To make matters worse, i encountered multiple disturbances during the night with random phone calls, and the front desk failed to provide any satisfactory response or assistance. I can only assume that they have a record of such complaints, which speaks volumes about their service quality. Although a technician was sent to our room to address the issues, they spent an extended period of time attempting to fix the problems without offering an alternative room. This lack of concern for our comfort added to the overall dissatisfaction of the experience. In summary, my stay at this hotel can only be described as a truly horrendous and unforgettable ordeal. The multitude of problems with the facilities, combined with the lack of response and appropriate action from the staff, left me deeply disappointed.

Got upgrade from executive to superior room. Have been staying in lilac hotel for its good service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and above all friendly attitude of all the employees. It gives value for money spent.

Ac was very old, didn't get proper cooling, bathroom door handle was very noisy. Room service also need to improve.
