Poor Stay

Switch boards are not working in one room so i got shifted to another room where geysers was not working. I have opted for breakfast and dinner both in my package but dinner was not served in buffet. They asked me to order food from restaurant with maximum capping of 350-400 rs. Room service was not at all on time.

Rooms are clean and decent, they provide fridge in the room linen was clean. Room if of decent size not cramped. Location is good. Overall it's good value for money.

Good Stay

This hotel is at very good location, food quality was very good. Though the room was good and clean, definitely there is a scope for improvement. As it seems, the property already seems to undertake renovation work and hope that the facility would be better once the work is over. Overall the stay good for the price. Food here was excellent !

Worst food quality

Food - pathetic, they served pure cooked chapatis which seems cooked 2 days back. I would never recommend anyone to stay and order some food from their retro

Average experience for hotel stay

Rooms are very average and room service is not upto the mark. Will not recommend. We ordered chinese sizzlers but the sauce tasted only of tomato ketchup

Hotel food is very good. But amenities are very poor. Like a step filter are not available at out of washroom. Main door have very noise full.

The reception staff very rudely talked. The phone did not pick any buddy tv remote not here in room and i called after 30 min not any buddy came to the room

Good staff | good breakfast buffet | good tea | but not good chinese food and worst biryani ever.

1) had a business room, it was small. 2) staff was good. 3) will not suggest you to order ala carte, food was not upto the mark. 4) breakfast buffet was good. 5) a good location, nearby there are lot of eateries.

Overall nice hotel and worth to recommend

Hotel staff very cooperative and 95% marks for cleanliness. Breakfast is quite good and tasty. Location is also quite suitable for accessing all leading coaching centres. Overall recommendable however from cost perspective, it is slightly in higher side.
