Everything was fine. The room and the toilet was neat and clean. Location is good, near kota jn. Amenities were decent. Overall good but not excellent

The property is well located in kota railway junction area. It is at only 200 m away from junction on platform 1 side. The staffs were really good and humble towards the guests.

Rooms have seepage and also we reach at 10. 30 pm for a night stay, the bedding is not clean and also the drinking water was not there in rooms.

It's better for stay in kota. Cleanliness is very good. Front view is very good. It's near from kota station. Good quality is good.

I have booked premier quality. Assuming this will better than standard. Room no 206 was alloted. Room was not bad. दीवार से paint की papadi निकल रहीं थीं Bath room में Shop / Gel नहीं था, TV चलता नहीं था क्योंकि उसे recharge नहीं कराया . फिर दूसरे room से setup box लाकर बदला. Bathroom sleeper 2 colour के थे, जो लोग घर में भी उसे नहीं करते. Manager को शिकायत की तो जवाब मिला कि मालिक का order है Towel और bed seet में hole हो रहे थे, Premier room की इसी condition है फिर AC चालू किया चलता नहीं था Reception Manager ने room बदलकर Room no 305 दिया मैं जिस function को attend करने आया था चला गया जब रात 10 बजे आया तो देखा 305 का AC cooling नहीं कर रहा है, Reception को complain किया तो जवाब मिला कि room बदल देते है, AC to दिन में ही ठीक होगा इससे समझ आया कि Hotel में कोई managing system नहीं है जो website लिखा जाता है वो गलत है Premier में लिखा है King size bed उसके लिए extra charges लिए जाते है Hotel manager ने बताया कि सभी rooms के bed same size के है

Right at the kota junction gate. Autos available anytime. All types of food available. Rooms are comfortable and has all basic needs. Go for it.
