    The resort is an excellent property with very good ambiance and beautiful landscape. The food taste is average as it is not typical kerala style of cooking. The breakfast was complimentary at an extra price and there was no options variety. When it comes to hygiene the washrooms were clean however, the bedspreads, blankets and pillow covers were not washed, it was seriously stinking. They provided free wi fi which was worsen than mobile data without proper network. There is no adequate staff to meet the requirements. Overall, the facilities were very low class though the property was beautiful. Pov - don’t go with the pictures
