Arackal inn was a very pleasant hotel. The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The reception staff was very nice and talkative. Even the bathroom was cleaned and had a good smell. Overall had a plea-sent experience. Looking forward for the next stay.

No lift. Need to carry luggage 2 floors, no support staff. Smell of smoking. We are unable to adjust ac temperature. Took 2 rooms

Not a guest friendly stay, rooms were not provided with proper facilities even they didn’t have toiletries, drinking water. Their rooms were good but services are very poor.

1/5 - disappointing experience with rude staff i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel arackal inn, and i must say, the staff's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The room service was non-existent, and when i tried to order food from swiggy, the staff refused to send the delivery person to my room. When i requested them to send the food through their room boy, i was met with a blunt and rude response: "room service is not available, come down and collect your food yourself" this attitude from the staff is appalling and completely unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities and courteous service made my stay at hotel arackal inn a disaster. A perfect place. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops.

The location was easy to fund. Not much parking space. May be maximum for 2 cars parking available. The staff was not so helpful. They didn't even care about anything once we did the payment. Dirty rooms and bathrooms are very poor conditions. We had 3 rooms one toilet doesn't even have the lock overall unpleasant stay. Not happy.
