We planned a business visit to a college nearby and booked 7 rooms at the palm. They supported in getting all facilities required, arranged early breakfast and later some provision to freshen up even after checkout. Good behaviour from all the staff

Location is little far from kottayam city. Very nice rooms and well maintained. Overall it was satisfactory.
