Maintenance needs to be improved. Basic necessities are not provided in some of the rooms. Bathroom fittings in some of the rooms were faulty. Though the staff were co-operative and helpful, except for the time taken for preparing the final bill during check out. Better maintenance and service can help them to retain their customers. Customers are coming only based on the old goodwill.

The location is good the service of the front office can be more cordial. Property is very old needs renovation with broken floor and no proper sunlight and natural air in the rooms. Resturant is very highly priced. Dinner buffet not available breakfast buffet staff is well versed of there job.

Had a terrible experience. The staff is not at all cooperative. I asked for an iron and had to check out and was running late for an urgent meeting. They simply denied that they don't have an iron. How the hell it is possible that such a big chain of hotels is not having an iron. I called 3-4 times to get an iron immediately. Later they just disconnected my call and took off the connection of the landline so i cannot call anymore. Haven't had this kind of experience ever in my life.

I love the stay at windsor castle resort. The property has a beautiful lake and a small island. It's mesmerizing.

The room was not neat, the refrigerator was not working, the towel were dirty, spoons were not served with the food, tissues were not in the room, even at the billing time when raised concern the billing staff was least bother about the complained things moreover he was concerned watt all being used so that he can add in the bill. Very bad stay. I don't have the images

Cottage was unkept, rainy season umbrella could have been provided very inconvenient to use bathrooms at night as the bedroom is upstairs that also steep staircase breakfast was cold will never visit

The location is very good on the highway, easy to locate and reasonably easy to enter and exit. As regards to food, we only had breakfast. The food was average nothing great, with the buffet spread was limited, the refill was hard to come by. Housekeeping and room services were good, fast and prompt. Maintenance within the room, especially the washroom could be better. Though overall our experience was good

Very poorly maintained property- as soon as you. Ebter the property you get the stinky smell- leaking roof. Crocroaches and lizards in rooms. Terrible fro t office. They are in the heart of tourism spot next to kumarakam and they do not take international credit cards- that property need total renovation and good training for the employees. This is from my years of experience in the industry

Hotel and ambiance is nice. But food is very poor. Rate is not affordable. Food taste and quality not worth for the price. Location is very good. Room neatness is average.

Soothing and relaxing. The check in and check out was smooth. They even provided us with late check out for 1 guest which is really commendable. The dinner was yum and all the persons were smiling and willing to take orders

Booked 4 rooms for family staycation. Pros: large and well maintained property. Activities like boating, indoor games, cycling etc are available within the property. Cons: there were 2 swimming pools in the property. Condition of one was bad, and the other was pathetic. Indoor games available only upto 5pm. Staff refused to provide us normal filtered drinking water in our rooms. Staff informed that every room gets only 1 lit mineral water per day. After that we have to buy mineral water for consumption. Normal drinking water/filtered water not available in property. Also, water jugs not available to serve water in rooms. However, after 25 mins of discussion, they agreed to provide us some filtered drinking water in room. Thanks for that. Buffet breakfast was just average. Overall, not at a satisfactory experience, considering a 4 star property.

For the prices they charge i found the rooms to be average and very worn out. The restaurant is heavily over priced and the quality of food is also average

Rooms are run down and air conditioners dont work. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff is warm and friendly.

I stayed there, because i was attending a function there. The location is very good. The rooms are good and clean. I thought a fan would be required, otherwise we have to use a/c always. Also there is a buggy to take senior citizens to the party area near water front.
