At property we can not go through vehicle. There was so narrow space to go hotel. Nearby food quality is very poor.

The room was so goos and clean, friendly room keeper, very comfortable and the access to the beach is so good, peaceful atmosphere, beach side guest house but little bit difficult to find. There's ac, fridge facilities that helps us a lot.

It's near sea. No food available but a lot of restaurants nearby with lots of marine fish. Hot water available

It is a good beach-front accommodation available for budget rates. You can hear the waves from the room. Nice sit-out in the front. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. There is no tv in the room. Not accessible by car. One has to go through 3-feet narrow lanes to get to the property. And there will be no one from the hotel to assist you with your luggage.

Very clean, large room. Comfortable bed. Balcony with sofa and washing line. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very helpful kind staff.

It was a good stay. So close to the beach, you can walk up 10 times, what more can you ask for l. Value for money. I recommend for tight pocket traveller. Don't expect too much

The rooms were not clean, water flow in the tap was very low. Otherwise, the location is amazing & rooms are spacious.

1. Service was very poor- caretaker was rude-dont know anything about customer satisfaction/hospitality. Drinking water availablity not there, instead u have to buy mineral water every time - i was ready to pay and with this also he used to say buy from outside. 2- most terrible experience - for wifi. Hotel mentioned "wifi" facility, but no wifi signal in ground floor. I adjusted, simply requested that i have a client call for 1hr, pols let me go to 1st floor(near to router)as signal is good there, for this i have to literally beg to this arrogant guy who resisted telling that upper floor guest will get disturbed by my floor (though there were no guest also there) 3-budget is only just ok and near to sea beach, else very bad breakfast didnt provide in hotel-though i had opted for breakfast (thought hotel paid for that)

No water in bathroom shower and flush, after switching to other room the fan was not working properly, lizards inside the rooms and outside the corridors. They dont provide drinking water which u have to buy from outside. There is no space of car parking as this property is accessible through very narrow lanes towards the beach. Plus points : the staff ( single person in the entire property ) was very helpful. Location 30 steps to kovalam beach. Price is economical and recommended only for single night transit stay.
