Room was not clean and it have bad smell and they didn't provide towels and no tv was there and no fan too staff was friendly

Actually we booked 2 rooms of 3 beds but they only provide 1 bedroom with 3 beds. And for 2 room they denied for 3 bed.

Good. Swimming pool available. But complimentary breakfast not available and food is not up to the mark. It's ok. Pleasant and peaceful. Very near to kovalam beach. Very clean

Door knobs, windows, ac unit and fans needs urgent repairs and maintenance! rooms are spacious, but lacks clean toiletries made available. Pool is great and staff are friendly! centrally located adda to the star quotient!

Room size is ok, toilet is not very clean and has a bathtub which is stained. Towels were not there in the room when i checked in and when i asked for it, i found the attendant to shuffle through used towels for cleanliness to be provided to me. I was in a rush to check out early and couldn't have the simplest bread n butter breakfast within 30 minutes after their restaurant opening timing in the morning.

Room was fine, near to the beach. Washroom needs to be properly maintained. Bathtub not in use.
