Very good rooms and service. Surrounding area is very good. Kappad beach is about 5 km. So very nice place to stay with family

The stay was beside a bar and the receptionist claimed that it was safe when i called him to inquire about the place. Also the property was not at all clean and we were made to stay in a room where the fans were not properly working, so when i turned on the a/c it gave a foul smell, we asked to resolve the problem but they didn't do anything. Thereby we were subjected to stay in an unhygienic room without a fan or an a/c in this hot weather and along with so much noise coming from the bar. The receptionist made false claims about the property only to allure us in. The price was also costly compared to the service. It was a horrific stay. I don't have images though

full of alcohol smell in the room as there was a bar near byno WiFi. booking amenities it's mentioned as free WiFi. after raising room service was goodbed and bath was nicetv was there

We reached around 11pm had called property person before 2 hr about our check-in, however the person had rude behavior and made us to wait with family at that time, he could at-least have assisted family to room and one person can fill the details etc. Our family members felt really unsafe during the stay and there is a bar right next to it. Kindly let ppl know bec some prefer not to book it.
