My stay at prinz residency was truly delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect.

Located on the kochi panvel highway, it’s very convenient to stop for the night. Excellent food (i had dinner and complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean and well maintained. Room service is very quick. All this at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to my friends and relatives

Bath room didnot have hot water.they give in one bucket person.bringingbfrom outsidejug and bucket were so filled with dirt felt nauseated..not worth for money you pay..but good staff.

Ac is on but not working properly. Very hot at night. Only shambo is available at bathroom no other oils, conditioner. Rate is lit-tile high. Around 2700 for ac room. Room service and food is excellent

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good and neat room. Family stay is good. Bar attached is help for youngsters. But some long distance for quilandy bus station and railway station. It's a bit problem otherwise hotel is good and staff also help us any time. 3
