Nightmare. Avoid going to this place. The place did not had following: no power back up, no heaters, no availability of hot water, the tea coffee cattle \ machine was also not operational, no replacement, make shift parking if it snows or rains the car is stuck for ever, no fresh water for drinking. The worse of all time reused & open water bottles were kept (bisleri. Poor quality food. Was made to live in -2 degree with no power poor infra. My stay was peaceful as always, staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Talking about the room it was perfect same as we wanted. They provided all the basic amenities. Overall a great stay.

Amazing Stay and awesome staff, we were running late and reached the property around 1:30 but they all were awake and waiting for us they gave us a warm welcome which was very mesmerising for us. Overall experience was really good, if you are planning to stay in kufri you must opt for this property. Room were very clean and the view of mountains was really awesome from the hotel.

There was no backup for electricity when the main power is gone it's winter time, so because of power cut the stay is quite uncomfortable

The property was new. The staff was helpful. The view from the balcony was great. And rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel has proper room service and good food is available.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

"hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in helsinki city centre. Excellent food, lunch 14. 90 eur/person, abundant salad buffet, 2 choices for a main dish. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
