Bad place and bad experience

I made the booking for my uncle and cousin. Their property in charge was bad and misbehaved. He did not let them switch on ac. When we paid around 7, 500- very bad person. Informed make my trip and also shared the video too. However, no action has been taken. Make my trip customer service informed no sound in the video, when clearly i can hear everything. I am still ready to share the video.

1. No one there to address your queries. Literally no one. 2. Language barrier with the staff if you want to talk in hindi or english. 3. On the day of our stay, no one was there to turn the premise lights on which was scary as we left the room. 4. They did not provide any water. Dustbin was not there in the room or washroom. 5. Since there was no one, we couldn’t ask for an extra blanket. 6. The restaurant around closes by the evening so you need to drive for dinner.

shivaganga lake view resort run by dedicated people who take care of your needs even in the night if you need assistance they always ready to provide, cook was very nice and akka also who ask your needs what you want to eat in dinner . good experience 😊
