Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

its good overall, foid, view but lady at very first from reception who attended us gave no clue about the culture of resort like hi-tea and community gaming.....

The property is very good in terms of amenities and located about 4 km from Kumbhalgarh fort. The rooms are really nice with very good balcony views. Cart service is available to move around the resort property. The food here is very nice, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner or even the À la carte for that matter. Complementary high tea is also on the cards with very good snacks and tea. Two swimming pools are currently operational with different locations. Staff is very helpful and polite. Hospitality is wonderful. Overall stay was quite pleasant and worth remembering.

Resort location really good, amenities, food also gud. But i want tell one things to the resort owner some activities/ fun games are chargeable, but for the guest atleaet one time free all the fun games/activites then after you must take charge for it.

location and resort atmosphere best. staff are so friendly and familiar. but norms and rules are so strict , irritative & too much. and services are slower 😑. after package other all activities are chargeable and expensive .

The location is great. The check in process was good. My request for room change was attended immediately. I was upgraded and given the cottage. The overall quality of cottage was poor. The marble flooring was broken. Many places in room requires gap filling. The bathroom tiles are not cleaned. There is a water leakage from shower cubicle to dry area of bathroom. The granite tiles of jacuzzi are broken. There was no pressure in jacuzzi. Overall cleanliness was pathetic. The food quality was average. Staff was polite but seems like not trained for hospitality.

Courteous and helpful staff. Though the hotel was sold out, they somehow managed to execute my request of changing room due to back sprain. They gave me the best possible room.

The resort is situated at a very nice location. We booked the cottage rooms which were huge and had a very big balcony. Bathrooms were properly cleaned and quite spacious. Both the morning and dinner meals menu had varied options. The food quality and service was very nice. Overall it was a relaxing experience

Location and ambiance was really good. On the top infinity pool was excellent and view was awesome. Its a very big property but fully maintained. I would recommend to stay in this property specially during the monsoon season

The location of resort is just the best. Top of the hill with scenic views and infinity pool is just so superb. Best resort to stay in kumbhalgarh - luxurious and good food.

The property is very good situated on the hills with excellent scenic views all around. The food is below par. We had ordered few dishes on ala carte. None of the dishes was good. We couldn't eat anything. So next time we always had our meals in other hotels. Staff is not as courteous as expected in such high end properties. Staff needs lot of training in hospitality.
